“Preiļu siers” to be listed on the RSE Free list



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of March 23, 2005 to list, starting 

with April 1, 2005, 300,000 JSC “Preiļu siers” common registered voting shares on 

the RSE Free list. Nominal value is LVL 1; total issue value is LVL 300,000; ISIN 

code LV0000100394. The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and 

Capital Market Commission on December 10, 2004. 



The RSE trading code is PLS1R and SAXESS order book technical ID is 29220; standard 

lot size is 500.
