PUBLIC ISSUE OF SHARES OVERSUBSCRIBED

 

On 31.04.1999 ended the public issue of AS Pro Kapital shares, in the 

course of which the company issued 9 000 000 ordinary shares at issue 

price of 30 EEK per share. 

 

According to the data of the Estonian Central Depository for Securities 

as of 31.03.99, the investors subscribed for 9 015 563 shares. The 

payment deadline for shares subscribed is 15.04.1999. 

 

The official subscription results will be confirmed within ten days 

after the payment deadline.
