On December 14, 2005, trading in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB 

(ISIN code: LT0000100901  Ticker: ATK1L) will be suspended. Trading will be 

renewed by a separate decision after company’’s announcement through the 

information system of the VSE.

Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 2005-12-14 ). 

Reduction of the authorized capital. 

Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions.
