JSC “Latvijas balzams” concerning ownership change of UAB “Baltijos Alkoholiniai Produktai”



Register of Legal Persons of the Republic of Lithuania today will receive 

a submission to allow “SPI Worldwide Trade Limited” to become 100% stock 

holder of UAB “Baltijos Alkoholiniai Produktai” as a part of internal 

restructuring within “S.P.I. Group”. The current stockholder of UAB “Baltijos 

Alkoholiniai Produktai” was JSC “Latvijas balzams”. Results of restructuring 

will be a simplified distribution of JSC “Latvijas balzams” production in 

Lithuania. “SPI Worldwide Trade Limited” is a sub-holding company within 

S.P.I. Group and controls all companies involved in trade and distribution.
