On   February   25,   2004   JSC   "Grindeks"   bought  78,785  Tallinn

Pharmaceutical Plant shares, which builds 6.3% of share capital.

As  a  result  of  the deal,  "Grindeks"  ownership interest in TPP has

increased to 80.98%, or, 1,012,302 shares.
