JSC "Tosmares kuģubūvētava" participated in Liepāja Business Days in Minsk, where it 

confirmed the readiness to take part in formation of Byelorussian fleet with advice, and, 

in case of a tender, also with shipbuilding and repairs. No specific agreements or contracts 

have been signed yet.
