Regarding Sanitas AB submission of documents to Register of Legal Entities



Sanitas AB has informed Vilnius Stock Exchange, that on 2005-11-15 documents regarding 

registration of change of nominal value of shares will be submitted to the Register of Legal Entities. 

On the day of registration of the changed Articles of Association at the Register of Legal Entities, 

each ordinary registered share of Sanitas AB with the nominal value of LTL 5 owned by shareholder 

will be changed to 5 (five) ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of LTL 1.  



Notification was submitted to the VSE on 08-11-2005.
