On  October  14,  1998, the Supervisory Board of Tallinn Pharmaceutical

Co.  decided  to  request  the  Tallinn  Stock  Exchange to suspend the

quotation  of  Tallinn  Pharmaceutical  Co. shares at the Tallinn Stock

Exchange.
