JSC  "Jekabpils  cukurfabrika"  informs that property rights of 200 000

JSC  "Jekabpils  cukurfabrika"  closed  issue shares and 611 240 public

issue    shares   are   being   transformed   from   JSC   "Balt-Market

International",  as  a  result  of  reorganization,  to  "Latgale Sugar

company" LLC.
