RSE  Management  Board  on  its  meeting  on  March  13 2003 resolved,

pursuant  to  Item  32  of  the  RSE  Enforcement  Note  on trading and

quotation,  to   cancel  the 15% price spread limitations for "Latvijas

balzams"  shares  for  the  March  13,  2003 trading session continuous

market at variable prices, starting with 13:00.
