ILTE provides financial services to business, agricultural, and public sector clients and has long-standing expertise in the areas of lending, guarantees, subsidies, and management of structural funds.
In the context of this issuance, ILTE performs a dual role. Firstly, it functions as a portfolio servicer (servicer) responsible for the daily management of loans, collection of payments, accounting, and enforcement according to applicable procedures. Secondly, ILTE operates as a seller on behalf of and on account of the Multifamily Housing Modernization Fund (MHF), transferring the loan portfolio to the issuer within the securitization structure.
The Multifamily Housing Modernization Fund (MHF) is a special purpose fund established by the Lithuanian state to finance the renovation of multifamily housing and the enhancement of energy efficiency. The Fund is focused on long-term public interest objectives, including the reduction of energy consumption, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and the modernization of multifamily houses.
