Infortar group is one of the largest investment holding companies in the Baltics by its asset size. Over more than twenty-five years of operation, Infortar group has gradually increased its portfolio of investments and currently owns 48 subsidiaries, as well as investments in five other affiliated undertakings and joint ventures. Infortar focuses on three principal business areas – energy, maritime shipping, and real estate property; and the Infortar group has also investments in sectors supporting the principal business areas. The strategy of the Infortar group is to find synergy in its investments and to build well-performing companies with a significant market position in order to achieve a stable growth in the value of investments at an above-average rate, as well as a diverse portfolio with a strong asset base and cash flow. As at 30 September 2023, the value of the Group’s assets was 1 431 million euros.
