SUPERVISORY BOARD MEETING

 

On February 25, 1999, the Supervisory Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS held 

a meeting, where the proposal of the general meeting of Leks 

Kindlustuse AS affiliated company Ukio Draudimas shareholders to 

decrease the loss of previous years proportionally with the volume of 

shareholding, was also discussed.

 

According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Leks 

Kindlustuse AS, the proposal is in principle acceptable. Final decision 

on this question will be made after the audit of financial results of 

Ukio Draudimas.
