CHANGE IN THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF AS EMV

 

The 29.04.99 annual general meeting of shareholders recalled a member of 

the Supervisory Board of AS EMV Olaf Hermann, based on his application of 

resignation, and elected attorney-in-law Andres Aavik a new member of the 

Supervisory Board of AS EMV.

1991 until now			Attorney-in-law, Law Office HETA 

				Member of the Management Board of the Estonian Bar 

				Association
