Signet Baltic Bond Fund

Signet Baltic Bond Fund is an open-ended investment fund offering investors daily liquidity registered in the Republic of Latvia and compliant with European UCITS V Directive.

The fund's investment objective is to provide long-term income from investments into fixed income securities of Baltic region issuers. For the purpose of the Fund's investments, such issuers are considered any corporation, credit institution, government or municipality and their entities that are established, operate in or has their head office in one of the Baltic States, or whose debt securities are issued in accordance with the laws and regulations of Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia. The typical Baltic issuer has no credit rating available.

The fund's income consists of short- and medium-term securities’ price appreciation and interest income received from coupon payments, which are reinvested.

The fund is suitable for Investors with or without investment experience who wish to make diversified investments in bonds of Baltic region issuers and are prepared to hold the Product for the recommended holding period of 3 years.
