Baltic Companies to Ring Nasdaq Closing Bell in New York

21.11.2025 RIG, TLN, VLN

New York/Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius – On November 24, six companies from the Baltic countries will gather at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York, to ring the Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell—a rare and prestigious tradition that highlights the achievements of Baltic-listed companies recognized at the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025.

The delegation includes LHV Group, Ignitis Grupe, Tallink Grupp, Latvenergo, CleanR Grupa, and Neo Finance—all of which were recognized earlier this year as winners of the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025 for excellence in transparency, corporate governance, and investor relations.

The bell ceremony for the Nasdaq Baltic Awards winners in New York City, held only once every two years, will be hosted by Kaarel Ots, Head of Nasdaq Baltic Stock Exchanges.

“Over the past 20 years, the overall quality of investor relations in the Baltics has made outstanding progress. Being a truly transparent company and going the extra mile in communicating with investors is now considered standard practice by most listed companies,” said Kaarel Ots.

The Closing Bell event is a symbolic moment that connects the Baltic capital markets with the world’s financial hub and celebrates the companies setting benchmarks for governance and investor trust.

Watch Live: The ceremony will be streamed at https://www.nasdaq.com/marketsite/bell-ringing-ceremony, giving audiences worldwide a chance to witness this milestone. The Baltic ceremony will begin at 3:50 PM New York time (EST), which is 10:50 PM in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania). The Closing Bell will be rung exactly at 4:00 PM New York time (EST), corresponding to 11:00 PM in the Baltic countries.
