In accordance with the Commercial Code of Estonia, the Law on Credit Institutions, and the Bank's Articles, the Bank is governed by General Meetings of shareholders, the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Chairman of the Management Board. The supreme governing powers of the Bank are vested in the General Meeting of the shareholders.
