Staff costs for the first six months of 1997 amounted to EEK 72.8 million, compared to EEK 79.9 million for the year ended 31st December, 1996. Staff cost per Bank employee for the first six months of 1997 was EEK 57,549.41, compared to EEK 69,842.66 for the year ended 31st December, 1996.
