Background Information
AB Linas Agro Group is a group of companies active in agricultural and food industries. The holding AB Linas Agro Group performs a management function only and consolidates 39 companies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine. They produce, prepare and sell agricultural and food products, supply goods and services to the farmers.
The Group is among the largest Lithuanian grain exporters and has its own network of modern grain elevators. At the same time, it is one of the leaders in the supply of agricultural inputs (certified seeds, fertilizers and agricultural machinery) in Lithuania, has a seed preparation plant. The companies of the Group cultivate over 17 thousand ha of land, own 7.7 thousand ha of farmland. The Group is a large milk producer in Lithuania and the largest poultry producer in Latvia.
The group has around 2,095 employees. The financial year of the companies starts on the 1st of July.
