Strategy INVL Russia TOP20 Subfund investments are concentrically distributed among shares of 15–25 Russian companies that have been evaluated by the managers of the subfund as the most attractive. Striving to ensure the greatest attention to each available investment, the assets of the subfund are distributed among the least quantity of shares, which is allowed to the harmonised investment funds.
Characteristics of the Subfund Russia is a vast, deep and rapidly developing equities market of BRIC countries (called Brazil, Russia, India, China). Due to the country's rich natural resources and attractive valuation of the shares, it has a higher than average return potential on the investment. The subfund invests in the most perspective and concentrated Russian shares portfolio. Based on many years of investment experience and fundamental analysis, the fund manager selects the strongest stock market ideas. The Subfund’s investments are reviewed on a daily basis and, if necessary, made immediate changes. Due to a relatively small number of shares, the strongest investment ideas’ weight in the portfolio is larger and therefore the fund return potential is higher. The number of the shares is sufficient to split the risk as required by international diversification requirements UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).
