Capital To consolidate and expand its operations, the Bank is likely to have to raise additional capital in future years (which could dilute the interest of existing shareholders). The Bank successfully raised EEK 45 million of equity capital in 1995 and EEK 107.2 million in 1996. However, there can be no assurance as to its continuing ability to raise further equity capital.
