Observation status is continued to apply to AB Dvarčionių keramika

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-07-08 12:04 CEST -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to continue to apply observation status to AB Dvarčionių keramika (DKRL, ISIN code: LT0000122319) based on the Company's announcement that the Lithuanian Court of Appeal refused to initiate restructuring proceedings against the Company and forwarded the application for initiation of bankruptcy proceedings to Vilnius Regional Court for examination.

Simultaneously the reason due to which the observation status was continued to apply as of January 30, 2014 has ceased to exist (AB Dvarčionių keramika has changed the legal status of the company after initiating the restructuring proceedings of the company and a joint-stock company „Dvarcioniu keramika“ became the joint-stock company „Dvarcioniu keramika“ in restructuring, https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=591609&messageId=731959). 

The observation status was applied to AB Dvarčionių keramika as of July 30, 2013 due to the reason that the Company's extraordinary meeting of shareholders to be held on 05-08-2013 was going to decide on making a claim to the court for initiating restructuring case for AB Dvarcioniu Keramika (https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=566928&messageId=700091).
